A Clear 8-Step Path from Concept to Production

From discovery and custom design to commissioning and training, our proven process minimizes implementation risks and helps you hit target throughput and quality for your plastic recycling line.

1) Initial Consultation

Tell us your plastic type (PET, HDPE/PP, or PP/PE film), contamination level, moisture, and throughput target. We align on the desired output (clean flakes or recycled pellets), utilities, and quality KPIs for your plastic recycling line.

2) Solution Design & Proposal

We design a complete plastic recycling solution around your feedstock: process flow, equipment modules, line layout, utilities list, and expected performance. You receive a clear technical proposal to review internally with operations and engineering.

3) Quotation & Commercials

We provide a transparent quotation for the proposed recycling plant, including scope, inclusions/exclusions, delivery timeline, and commercial terms. This helps your team plan budgets, approvals, and site readiness.

Signing and formalizing the partnership to kick off the project

4) Contract & Partnership

After approval, we lock scope, responsibilities, and change-control. This formalizes the project plan and protects schedule, cost, and deliverables for your recycling line implementation.

5) Deposit & Project Kick-off

Your deposit secures production capacity and starts detailed engineering, long-lead procurement, and master scheduling. We align key milestones with your site preparation and installation window.

6) Engineering & Manufacturing

We build your custom recycling line (typically 30-90 days, depending on complexity). Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and QA documentation validate mechanical, electrical, and controls performance before shipment to reduce commissioning risk.

See sample FAT checklist

7) Installation & Commissioning

On-site installation, alignment, and commissioning are supported by our technicians. We integrate the full line, fine-tune operating parameters, and verify throughput and output quality (flakes/pellets) to hit targets fast.

8) Training & Handover

We train operators on safe operation, quality control, and preventive maintenance. After handover, your recycling plant runs independently with ongoing support for troubleshooting and optimization.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about plastic recycling solutions, delivery process, and project requirements.

What plastic recycling solutions do you deliver?

We design and deliver complete recycling lines for PET bottles, PP/PE films, and rigid plastics—covering size reduction, washing, separation, drying, and pelletizing.

Can you design a line for my feedstock and target output?

Yes. We start with your feedstock details (material, contamination, moisture, throughput) and target output (flakes or pellets), then propose a modular line layout, utilities, and performance targets.

Do you provide installation and commissioning?

Yes. We support on-site installation and commissioning, verify throughput and quality, and train operators on safety, quality control, and preventive maintenance.

What is FAT and why does it matter?

FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) verifies mechanical, electrical, and control systems before shipment to reduce start-up risk and shorten commissioning time on-site.
