Plastic Film Pelletizing Machine
Convert washed PP/PE film into consistent, reusable pellets with a turnkey plastic film pelletizing machine.
- Feedstock: washed PE/PP film flakes, woven bags, edge trims
- Capacity: 150–1200 kg/h (model dependent)
- Output: clean, free‑flowing pellets via air‑cooled strand pelletizing (water ring optional)
Upstream basics: Plastic Film Washing Line → Plastic Squeezer → pelletizing. Learn why densifying matters in Densifiers & Recycling.
Maximize Pellet Reusability
Our air-cooled pelletizers produce dry, uniform pellets that can be immediately reintroduced to your production line, increasing recycled material usage from 9% to 18%.
Simple & Efficient Operation
Designed for user-friendly operation, our machines can be managed by a single operator. The integrated system automates the recycling process, minimizing labor and maximizing output.
Superior & Consistent Quality
Advanced filtration and extrusion systems ensure the production of clean, uniform pellets, ideal for a wide range of applications and enhancing your product line.
Easy Maintenance & Uptime
Accessible screens, quick‑open covers, and guarded service zones reduce downtime and keep your line running.

From Film to Pellets: An All‑in‑One Recycling Solution
Our Plastic Film Recycling Pelletizing Machine is a fully automated system that takes washed and dried film flakes and turns them into high‑quality pellets in one continuous process. The integrated compactor, extruder, filtration, and pelletizer work in harmony to deliver consistent throughput and stable pellet quality. Flakes are densified and fed into the extruder, where they are melted, degassed, and filtered. Finally, pellets are cut and air‑cooled to a uniform size, ready to be reintroduced into production.
Application
PE/PP Films, Shrink & Stretch Films, BOPP Films, Rigid Plastic Regrind, Washed Post-Consumer Films, Plastic Foams (EPS, PS, XPS), PP Raffia & Woven Bags, Biodegradable Bags.
Line Integration
Pairs seamlessly with Repolyx Systems washing and dewatering systems; typical flow: [Plastic Film Washing Line](/products/plastic-film-washing-line) → [Plastic Squeezer](/products/plastic-squeezer) → Pelletizing → Silo.
Process Control
Touchscreen HMI with recipe recall, temperature/pressure trending, and alarms for stable operation.
Safety & Compliance
Interlocks, overload protection, and guarding designed to support safe operation and regional standards.
Typical line position
- Upstream: Plastic Film Washing Line → Plastic Squeezer (mechanical drying & densifying)
- Downstream: pellet cooling & screening → silos / bags → manufacturing reuse (film blowing, injection, extrusion)

How does the machine handle moisture?
The cutter-compactor pre-conditions material, evaporating moisture before extrusion. Ideal for flakes with <5% humidity.
What is the pelletizing method?
We use an air-cooled strand pelletizing system (or water ring optional) for uniform, dry pellets.
How is filtration handled?
A dual-piston hydraulic screen changer allows for non-stop operation during screen changes.
Can it process printed films?
Yes, double degassing vacuum zones effectively remove volatiles and ink gases.
